Organizational flexibility is a key strength of ADCS. While the activities of ADCS are grouped under three broad divisions, each serving specific group of clients, its human resources are grouped based on functional expertise. Depending on the nature of your requirement, ADCS puts together a competent team to execute your project by pooling in resources from its reserves.

Primarily, ADCS has three divisions.

1. Academic Communication Services (ACS) helps academic and R&D institutions produce better publications, proceedings, reports, short films, etc. – better in both ‘content’ and ‘presentation’.

2. Development Communication Services (DCS) Division helps governments, UN agencies, bilateral agencies, corporate organizations, and similar entities produce better communication products for better reporting and awareness generation. The Division also helps corporate organizations document their CSR initiatives in print, electronic, and audio-visual forms. Development Communication is a vast area in itself. At the moment, ADCS restricts itself to making synthesis reports, project summaries, public/focus-group response summaries, documentation of workshops and other events, short films, etc.

3. NGO Communication Services (NCS) provides publishing and communication support to NGOs that believe in publishing what they do—the advocacy role played by several NGOs is not complete without a publishing component.
